 Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring a constant and timely flow of strategic, operational and organizational updates to crew while actively responding to questions or feedback in order to uphold an efficient company-employee dialogue
  • Driving and measuring crew engagement at AOC, country and base levels.
  • Effectively managing the dedicated pages of Facebook Workplace as the primary source of information for all WIZZ-related news and events with a continuous focus on driving engagement and adoption of the platform
  • Supporting various departments with their crew and operations communications needs, defining key messages, preparing speaking points for line management, organizing town halls and Q&A sessions.
  • Ensuring all crew communications templates and materials (both physical and digital) are up to date, applied consistently across different bases and AOCs and used in line with Wizz Air’s brand guidelines
  • Developing face-to-face communication, together with training and involvement of cabin operations’ and flight operations’ line management
  • Digital content creation
  • Crisis communications:
  • Working in tandem with the Internal Communications Manager and other stakeholders in the event of any crisis situations
  • Advising the management in the effective communication in the event of any crisis situations
  • Preparing and updating communications strategy to protect the company’s reputation

 

Requirements:


  • Completed degree from a University or College in Communications / Marketing / Business related subject
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in internal communications, CSR or employer branding
  • Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills
  • Solid writing skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Availability for international travel up to 20% of the time
  • Effective research and administrative skills
  • Initiative, attention to details and a team player, quick thinker
  • Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
  • Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience in managing social media platforms is a plus (e.g. Facebook Workplace)
